Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of consumable supplements, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or with discount codes may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellations
